hester accompanied me to get a pair of gladiators for drey. she's my shopping pal, i tell ya. we consult each others' honest opinions whenever we go shopping. if something that she tries on didn't look good on her, i'll tell her and vice versa. we are always out bargain-hunting for chic and cheap stuff. haha. the price tag of the apparels doesn't show when worn on us, it's a very "shiok" feeling when you get something off the shelf for much less than usual because you know which shops to go. we don't frequent the same shops all the time, because sometimes if you keep buying from the same store, you'll grow a bit sick of it. i don't know if you get that sort of feeling, but we do. =) so sometimes, we shop in the heartlands too. you'll be surprised to find some heartland shops selling one-off vintage items sometimes.
